Every conscious business starts with the dream and purpose. Please tell us yours.
I'm an intuitive healer who infuses mystic wisdom into everyday life through my work with individuals and group workshops and ceremonies. My initial dream and purpose was to learn how to get comfortable in my own skin and how to love myself. I was so blown away by the effects of meditation and spiritual practices; and the ways that my out look on life started to shift, I wanted to start sharing my experiences so that other people knew that this was accessible to them as well. It became a business through a natural process of evolution, where people wanted to know more and have me share these practices with them through healing sessions, tarot readings and workshops.
How important is social media for telling your story and building your community? Which social media channels have had the most profound impact to your business?
I definitely wouldn't be where I am today without social media; especially Instagram. Telling your story and nurturing a community is vital for building a business, because it's all about connection. I think that we're all getting tired of perfectly curated feeds and showreels. We're all humans at the end of the day, going through a spectrum of experiences and it's refreshing when someone's being real and we get to share the journey with them. I've made so many incredible friends through social media that I might never have found otherwise which is also a wonderful building block for business.
Describe your visual identity. How do you curate it and how is it helping you to tell your story.
I'd describe my visual identity as fresh, natural light
I haven't ventured into #hashtag strategy much but it's something that I'd like to learn more about. When I have used hashtags, it's been great when I've been using a specific tarot deck and you get to see who else has got the deck and how you're all working with it. I've had tarot deck creators repost my images which has been really cool and helped to expand my audience to new people.
Do you have a #hashtag strategy? Have you created branded #’s and which of these have been most successful?

I lead regular offline workshops and it's been great for building more personal relationships with my tribe.
Online is brilliant because you can connect with someone anywhere in the world but nothing beats hanging out in real life; our energy gets amplified when we're all together in one room. Online is just a snapshot, when we're together in offline we get to go on a journey.
Together.
UGC is so important to me because it allows others to see what you're offering from a different perspective, as the consumer rather than the seller. Especially because what I offer can seem a bit 'out-there' or 'woo woo' to some; so when they see their friend go to one of my events or have a session, who they totally relate with and hear their honest feedback, they feel like it's more legitimate and are inclined to try it for themselves. When someone gives me a shout out in one of their posts; first and foremost, I'll say 'thank you' because it's like a fist-bump reminding me that I'm on the right track which means so much to me. If/when it's appropriate I'll repost or tag them in something to keep spreading the love.
How important is UGC for your brand? How do you engage and build your community and reward them for their loyalty?

Do you intertwine offline & online presence? If yes, how important is creating offline experiences for you?
Laura Jayne Williams aka @superlativelylj is one of my favourite people to follow on Instagram because she is so REAL. Her social media communication tells so many stories that are relevant, thought provoking and captivating. I love how she makes you feel like you're one of her close friends and you get to share her journey; whilst encouraging us to become the most superlative version of ourselves. Lucy Sheridan @lucysheridan is another absolute babe, who's channeling her social media communication in a similar way but with her unique message about comparison. Following influencers who value community and harness their platform to help others are so important because they show me/us what's possible and are a huge reminder that we need more of this.
