Every conscious business starts with the dream and purpose. Please tell us yours.
My purpose is simple. To help others feel and look their best.
How important is social media for telling your story and building your community? Which social media channels have had the most profound impact to your business?
Instagram is definitely the most useful channel for me. I think it helps people get a good idea of what I do. I also use Instagram for discovering small 'green' beauty brands and other likeminded people!
Describe your visual identity. How do you curate it and how is it helping you to tell your story.
I haven't deliberately created a visual identity but I suppose I do have one. I would describe it as natural, organic and authentic. A few people have said that scrolling through my Instagram feel alone is calming haha
No I don't, but that is a great idea and something I probably should do!
Do you have a #hashtag strategy?
“The best skincare tip I can recommend is to keep your skincare as simple as possible and massage your face everyday.
This action alone is much more effective than any expensive cream :)”

Yes definitely, lots of my clients discover me online and obviously come to meet me in real-life later on. I love that my job involves doing a bit of both! I've recently started creating Youtube videos and connect with people that way (as well as Instagram) but love nothing better than treating people and running workshops.
Do you intertwine offline & online presence? If yes, how important is creating offline experiences for you?
Paid or earned media? Is Influencer Marketing important in your strategy?
This is something I'm a little naive about. Currently I don't pay for any advertising but I have worked with magazines/ traditional media in the past and have found blog reviews/influencer shout outs much more powerful.
Most of the Instagram accounts I love are by people doing similar things in America. I love @britta_beauty and also @mamamedicine
